A complex triple-cross Anthurium: (A. warocqueanum × A. waterburyanum) × A. nigrolaminum. It brings together the elongated, velvety foliage of the Queen Anthurium, the narrow leaf form of waterburyanum, and the dark pigmentation and elongated foliage of nigrolaminum. As a seed-grown hybrid, each plant is genetically unique — leaf shape, texture, coloration, and mature expression vary.

Specialist care (sourced). For the warocqueanum side, Ecuagenera: bright indirect with 60–70% shade; 15–24°C (59–75°F), intermediate-to-warm; 70–90% humidity — “essential”; evenly moist but never waterlogged; chunky bark/perlite/sphagnum; terracotta or net pots for airflow. For waterburyanum, Ecuagenera: bright filtered light; 15–25°C, explicitly an intermediate grower; 70–85% humidity; chunky aerated mix. For nigrolaminum (‘Gigi’ clone standard), Ecuagenera: bright indirect; 18–25°C; 70%+ humidity; consistently moist, well-draining mix — never let it dry fully. Habitat-derived (INFERRED): warocqueanum is a Colombian mid-elevation cloud-forest epiphyte (400–1,200 m) that likes a day–night temperature drop and very high humidity with air movement — don’t bake it above ~80°F. Waterburyanum is an Ecuadorian cloud-forest epiphyte/hemiepiphyte — same intermediate prescription. Nigrolaminum (S. Colombia, E. Ecuador, NE Peru; 160–1,250 m) is the adaptable one: waxy, leathery leaves and tolerance of varied light and soils in the wild — but don’t market “full sun”; that’s habitat, not houseplant advice. Net: an intermediate, high-humidity grower in an airy bark-heavy mix.
