Anthurium forgetii 'White Stripes' — 4" Pot (#0033)

Anthurium forgetii 'White Stripes' — the selected form with the sharpest white venation in the trade. This is the pure species, not a hybrid: forgetii is set apart from every other Cardiolonchium anthurium by its completely closed sinus, giving each leaf an unbroken oval outline. The 'White Stripes' selection intensifies the contrast — chalk-white primary veins on deep, velvety, near-black green.

Native to the humid understories of Colombia and Ecuador, forgetii grows as a compact terrestrial. It is notably less humidity-demanding than its Cardiolonchium cousins like warocqueanum, but still wants consistent moisture in a chunky, airy mix — never soggy. Bright indirect light; the velvet texture burns in direct sun.

This plant is well rooted and fully established — no import stress, no rehab project. You are buying the exact plant pictured — the one from the video. Ships in its 4-inch nursery pot.
